Shipping Coverage
BlueFix Energy Solutions Ltd (“BlueFix”, “we”, “us”) ships all physical products, spare parts, accessories, and merchandise UK-wide only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipping method and courier are selected based on the order size, value, and destination. We use trusted UK carriers to ensure prompt and safe delivery. Delivery service (standard or express) will depend on the option selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is £5.99 per order

FREE shipping on orders over £500 (excluding VAT)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is completed.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day for next working day delivery, subject to stock availability. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Most orders are delivered next working day after dispatch, but this can vary depending on location and courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and notification by email (where available) so you can monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please notify us as soon as possible and within 5 working days of delivery or expected delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be authorised in advance with a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please contact us to request an RMA before returning any items. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
