General Awareness: Payments are for materials/services; advice is optional; performance estimates aren’t guarantees; suppliers may change; trained staff or partners may assist.

Technical Survey: Assessors check suitability; company may cancel if unfeasible; extra costs may apply.

Installation: Work per purchase order; debris removed; repairs to pre-decoration standard; disruption possible; asbestos not handled.

Our Responsibilities: Reasonable effort to complete on time; not liable for delays beyond control; planning permissions may be handled for a fee; installation starts after permissions.

Your Responsibilities: Allow access; be available for installation; extra charges for re-visits; work areas must be clear; payments due even if some third-party works remain.

Payment and Support: Immediate payment on completion; no departure without settlement; no right of set-off; defects handled under warranty; retention of ownership until paid in full; interest on late payments.

Ownership of Goods: You own goods/labour equal to payments made; company retains ownership until fully paid.

Limitations of Liability: Not liable for additional/unauthorised work, financial loss, or certain losses except personal injury/statutory rights.

Cancellation: 14-day cooling-off period; deposit refunds and rescheduling policy outlined; express consent for early work.

Warranty: Repairs/replacement within warranty; excludes misuse/third-party work/unauthorised adjustments.

VAT & Payments: VAT at current rate; deposit/payment schedule laid out; late payments may incur interest; retentions/penalties by written agreement only.
